Neuweg Track Roller Bearings are built upon decades of experience in double-row bearing design and manufacture. This expertise enables us to provide both standard and customised solutions tailored to specific application requirements.
Lubrication & Sealing
Pulleys are supplied grease-filled at the factory using a high-quality lithium-based grease, suitable for an operating temperature range of –30 °C to +110 °C. The grease is compatible with other mineral oil-based greases.
- Shields (2ZR): Sheet-steel shields fixed in the outer ring, forming a non-contact gap to the inner ring.
- Seals (2RSR): Nitrile rubber seals reinforced with a steel insert, sealing against the inner ring with a friction lip.
Bearings with 2RSR seals can be re-lubricated via the lubrication hole, but grease must be applied slowly to avoid seal damage.
